Day 01:
Departure From home country.
Day 02: Delhi
Arrive Delhi and transfer to Hotel. Full day tour of old & New Delhi. Visit
Raj Ghat and Shanti Vana - the cremation sites of Mahatma Gandhi and Jawaharlal
Nehru, Jama Masjid and drive past Red Fort and Chandni Chowk.
Afternoon visit
Qutub Minar built by Qutub-ud-Din Aibek in 1199, Humayun's Tomb, India Gate (War
Memorial Arch ), Lakshminarayan Temple - a modern Hindu Temple. Also drive past
President's House, Parliament House, Government Secretariat Buildings & Connaught
Place shopping centre. Overnight Delhi.
Day 03: Delhi - Leh
Transfer to airport for Leh flight. Arrive and transfer to hotel. Rest of the
day free.
Day 04: Leh Morning visit Leh Palace, Leh Gompa,
Bazaar. Afternoon excursion of Phyang & Spituk Monastery.
Day
05: Leh Full day excursion of Shey, Tiksey and Hemis.
Day
06: Leh
Full day excursion of Tatak and Chemrey Monastry.
Day 07: Leh- Alchi
and Lamayuru-Kargil Drive to Kargil (230 kms) en-route visiting Alchi
and Lamayuru. Hotel d'zojilla.
Day 08: Kargil- Srinagar
Drive to Srinagar (204 hrs). Overnight in deluxe house boat.
Day
09: Srinagar Morning Excursion of Mughal Garden visiting Shalimar, Nishat
and Cheshmi Shahi Gardens. Afternoon Shikara ride on Dal Lake visiting vegetable
markets, floating gardens etc.
Day 10: Srinagar Full day
excursion of Gulmarg.
Day 11: Srinagar - Delhi Transfer
to airport for Delhi flight. Arrive and transfer to hotel.
Day 12:
Departure Transfer to airport to board flight for onward journey.
